Non-Refundable Services (General Rule): Due to the digital nature of our Products (e-books, software, online courses) and their instant delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable once the purchase is completed and the product has been delivered. We encourage you to carefully review the product description, features, and system requirements before making a purchase.
3. Eligible Refund Cases (Special Consideration): Refunds may be considered exceptionally for non-delivery of the product or major verifiable defects that prevent its use. Contact support within 7 days.
4. Consulting Packages: For pre-paid consulting packages, refunds for unused hours may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to an administrative fee. Hours already used are non-refundable.
